Our trucks and containers are heavy equipment and can in some situations cause damage to driveway, street, yard or curb along the delivery path or in the placement area. If damage does occur, Zters is not liable.

If Elected YES to Rental Protection Program: You have elected to participate in our Rental Protection program. In the event that damage does occur to the unit(s) while on site, ZTERS will cover the cost of repairs up to and including replacement of the unit(s). Intentional Damage or Gross Negligence is not covered.

If Elected NO to Rental Protection Program: Customer is responsible for the equipment while it is on rent, including theft, damage, destruction, or injury.

If we are unable to deliver for any reason such as a blocked placement site or inability to reach a contact person, a dry run fee may be charged. We charge any additional fees that occur, such as, but not limited to recurring billing (we bill every 28 days/4 weeks for non-event rentals), extra services, or dry run fees, to the card presented when setting up service, unless otherwise arranged. We do not prorate rental charges for early removal. Please note that dumpster removal is not automatically scheduled. We require a minimum of two (2) business days’ notice prior to the scheduled delivery date to process a cancellation. Additionally, all cancellations must be verified by speaking directly with a ZTERS representative. Cancellations made without speaking to a representative, or those requested with less than two (2) business days’ notice, may not be eligible for a refund and may incur cancellation fees. Roll-off Dumpsters

Our trucks and dumpsters are heavy equipment and can in some situations cause damage to driveway, street, yard or curb along the delivery path or in the placement area. There are methods to reduce the possibility of damage such as putting down ¾ inch plywood under the wheels of the dumpster, but there is no guarantee that damage will not occur. If damage does occur, Zters is not liable. Customer is responsible for the equipment while it is on rent, including theft, damage, destruction, or injury. If we are unable to deliver for any reason such as a blocked placement site or inability to reach a contact person, a dry run fee may be charged. We charge any additional fees that occur, such as, but not limited to rent, tonnage overages, overloaded dumpsters, restricted items, or dry run fees, to the card presented when setting up service, unless otherwise arranged. Please note that dumpster removal is not automatically scheduled. You must call ZTERS and speak with a representative to schedule the removal (unless you choose to pre-schedule it at the time of order). Additionally, all cancellations must be verified by speaking directly with a ZTERS representative. Storage Containers

If we are unable to deliver for any reason such as a blocked placement site or inability to reach a contact person, a dry run fee may be charged. We charge any additional fees that occur, such as, but not limited to recurring billing (we bill every 28 days/4 weeks), extra services, or dry run fees, to the card presented when setting up service, unless otherwise arranged. We do not prorate rental charges for early removal. We do not automatically schedule removal of the container, you must call Zters to schedule removal (unless you would like to preschedule now), and removal should be completed within 10 business days after requested. The storage container must be empty for removal, otherwise a dry run fee may be charged, and removal will be rescheduled. We also require a minimum of three (3) business days’ notice prior to delivery to cancel an order, otherwise refunds will not be provided, or cancelation fees may be incurred. Additionally, all cancellations must be verified by speaking directly with a ZTERS representative. Cancellations made without speaking to a representative, or those requested with less than three (3) business days’ notice, may not be eligible for a refund and may incur cancellation fees. Temporary Fencing

Pricing is based on the factors outlined over the phone. If additions or changes are made once the crew is onsite, additional charges may apply, such as, but not limited to additional fencing, prevailing wage, hand carry, hillside installation, core drill through asphalt/concrete, etc. We charge additional fees that occur to the card presented when setting up service, unless otherwise arranged. Zters is not responsible or liable for any damages to underground utilities or obstructions, or any other damage caused by the fencing. To help avoid issues, have private utilities marked before installation (for post driven fencing) and outline where fencing should be placed. Customer is responsible for the equipment while it is on rent, including theft, damage, destruction, or injury. We do not automatically schedule removal of the fencing, you must call Zters to schedule removal (unless you would like to preschedule now), and removal should be completed within 10 business days after requested. If removal is not called in, Zters will bill renewal charges to the card presented when setting up services once the original rental period expires. We do not prorate rental charges for early removal. We also require a minimum of five (5) business days’ notice prior to delivery to cancel an order, otherwise refunds will not be provided, or cancelation fees may be incurred. Junk Removal

Our trucks are heavy equipment and can in some situations cause damage to the driveway, street, yard, or curb along the loading area. If damage does occur, Zters is not liable. If we are unable to complete the service for any reason such as a blocked placement site or inability to reach a contact person, a dry run fee may be charged. We charge any additional fees that occur, such as, but not limited to dry run fees, exceeding estimated junk volume, or disposal fees to the card presented when setting up service, unless otherwise arranged. Additionally, all cancellations must be verified by speaking directly with a ZTERS representative. We require a minimum of two (2) business days’ notice prior to the scheduled delivery date to process a cancellation. Cancellations made without speaking to a representative, or those requested with less than two (2) business days’ notice, may not be eligible for a refund and may incur cancellation fees. Restroom Trailers

Our trucks and restroom trailers are heavy equipment and may cause damage to driveways, streets, yards, or curbs along the delivery path or in the placement area. If damage does occur, ZTERS is not liable. The customer is responsible for the equipment while it is on rent, including theft, damage, destruction, or injury. Water and electricity are required for operation. The customer is responsible for ensuring that adequate water and power sources are available at the time of delivery and throughout the rental period unless otherwise arranged. If water and electricity sources do not meet the standard requirements of the RR trailer Water and generators are usually available for an additional fee not included in the quoted rental rate. (A dedicated 20 Amps and 110 Volts are required to operate most RR trailers up to 6 stalls. Most 7 or more stalls will require 30 AMPs and 225 Volts dedicated power. A standard ¾ inch garden hose connection is typically needed for water supply.) If we are unable to deliver for any reason—such as a blocked placement site or inability to reach a contact person—a dry run fee may be charged. Additional fees, including but not limited to recurring billing, extra services, or dry run fees, will be charged to the card presented when setting up service, unless otherwise arranged. We do not prorate rental charges for early removal. Removal is not automatically scheduled for non-event rentals. Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance will incur a fee of 25% of the rental cost or $150.00, whichever is greater.
  • Cancellations made 30 to 60 days in advance will incur a fee of 50% of the rental cost.
  • Cancellations made under 30 days before the scheduled delivery date are non-refundable.
  • All cancellations must be verified by speaking directly with a ZTERS representative. Cancellations made without speaking to a representative may not be eligible for a refund and may incur cancellation fees.

Security Services

Stallion only: You give ZTERS the right to sign “The End User License Agreement” on your behalf authorizing video surveillance services at the service address. We also require a minimum of five (5) business days’ notice prior to delivery to cancel an order, otherwise refunds will not be provided, or cancelation fees may be incurred. Additionally, all cancellations must be verified by speaking directly with a ZTERS representative. Cancellations made without speaking to a representative, or those requested with less than five (5) business days’ notice, may not be eligible for a refund and may incur cancellation fees. Customers acknowledge that Zters cannot and does not guarantee to catch and stop criminal activity. The Services are not fail-safe and are not designed or intended for use in situations requiring fail-safe performance or in which an error or interruption in the Services could lead to severe injury to the business, persons, property, or environment.
